We accept orders online only. Our staff can not see your credit card number for placed orders nor do we store any credit card information. Please see Privacy information at the bottom of page.
Do you have a storefront or may I pick up my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from Sandy, Utah, but we do not offer public hours at our warehouse. All orders must be shipped.
How is my fabric cut and packaged? All orders are cut with accuracy to ensure you receive the correct yardage. Panels and distinctive stripes are scissor cut and all others are rotary cut. All fabrics are packaged in protective wrap/packaging so they are protected from dirt and odors. Shipping envelopes and boxes are “over taped” to ensure the package will arrive undamaged.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
99% of all orders ship within 2 business days. (We ship Monday-Friday)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Do gift cards expire? Gift cards purchased on Quilt Fabric Closeouts are valid 5 years from date of purchase. We are not liable for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash. Any returns made with a gift card purchase will be refunded back on a gift card and follow return guildlines below.
Is there a minimum fabric cut?
Yes, our minimum cut is a ½ yard.
Is sales tax charged on my order?
Sales tax is only charged on orders that ship to a Utah address. The tax rate is 7.25%.
I forgot to add a coupon code to my order. Can I have it applied to my order? Unfortunately, if you forget to add coupon code at time of sale we are not able to adjust your purchase to apply coupon code. This is due to the high cost of processing fees from credit cards /Paypal. Please make sure to enter coupon code at time of service.
I found a coupon code online, why doesn’t it work? Only coupon codes sent from our email newsletters are valid. Some outside coupon companies say they have codes, they are not valid and just do this to get you to click on their sites. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter to make sure you get valid deals.
Where do your fabrics come from and how do I know they are first quality?
We guarantee that all of our fabrics are purchased from the manufacturer as first quality goods. We do NOT purchase second runs, flat folds or damaged goods. In a few cases certain lines are only available through a distributor, but we only work with reputable companies that do not sell second quality goods. Due to the nature of cotton, even first quality goods can have minor flaws, so we make every effort to check every fabric cut before it is shipped.
How are packages shipped?
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS by Priority, First Class, or Parcel Select. The least expensive method is used. Special shipping requests may require an additional shipping fee.
How is the fabric packaged?
All fabric orders are neatly folded and placed in a poly bag or protective plastic.
How are the shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of your order.
Is there a minimum shipping charge?
Yes. Our minimum shipping charge is $6.95
Where do you ship?
As of June 2019, we only ship to U.S. addresses. Quilt Fabric Closeouts reserves the right to deny shipment of an order when fraud is suspected.

1-2.8 lbs: $8.80

Incorrect or Defective Item(s):
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of the order. We stand by the high quality of our products and service, but unfortunately mistakes do happen. If we have made a mistake on your order, or if you receive a defective item, please follow instructions below to obtain a return authorization. We will gladly issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item(s). We require that the item(s) be returned in the same state in which you received it (ODOR/SMOKE FREE, PET HAIR FREE, UNCUT AND UNWASHED).
Changed Mind/Don’t Like Color:
Please note colors may vary due to monitor/screen settings. If you have a question about a specific color, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive a fabric and decide you don’t want it after all, you may return it within 30 days and we will provide you with an exchange, credit, or refund for the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee and our cost of any free shipping applied. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. We require that the item(s) be returned in the same state in which you received it (ODOR/SMOKE FREE, PET HAIR FREE, UNCUT AND UNWASHED). Any fabrics returns with a strong odor or pet hair will be ineligible for a refund.

Returned Packages After Failure to Claim:
If we receive a returned package marked as unclaimed by recipient, up to two attempts to contact via email will be made. If no response is received after 10 days, the fabrics in the order will be donated to charity.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Quilt Fabric Closeouts will not be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect shipping address being provided to us. If a mistake is made by us, we will make it right.
**Please note: If a full order is returned for reasons other than a mistake on our part or damaged goods, and the free shipping offer was applied, the cost of the outbound shipping will be deducted from any refund.
